  1. I am interested in museums because of the history. But then again i am more talking about Natural History type museums or maybe museums of the history of various places. As far as museums featuring paintings, im with you-thats just not my thing. But im sure others love that kind of stuff.

In my city-Dayton Ohio we have a great Air Force museum. I have been there countless times yet i still love going there.

Not far from me in Cincinnati is another museum-its a old train station that has been converted into a museum. Its amazing.

  2. Because museums are the best places for education. They consist of the exhibits which are the best results of numerous achievements of talented people, scientists and artists and as such they are great time savers: you have all that is best and most advanced in the particular field in one smaller area, well organized and displayed for you to enjoy and benefit from. If your interest is promotion of your own knowledge, that is.

And the difference between doing a real and a virtual tour is the same as with anything else: nothing beats the real life experience.

  3. they probably  like history

  4. It might benefit you seeing it in person because then you would know how to spell it correctly.
