  1. Not in my book they don't. I've had some pretty uppity servers look down on me for whatever stupid reason they had!

  2. I didn't know that they did...

But if they do - maybe it stems from the 'Upstairs Downstairs' attitude. (A class difference)

  3. In front of people you should have put SOME.... Waiters etc are giving a service. Many people with degrees and important and fulfilling jobs started life in the hospitality industry.

Unless that is you are asking about prostitution which is euphemistically termed an hospitality industry

  4. I don't think that people do look down on hospital works, I have the most respect for them and think what a great job they do, also I don't know anyone else that looks down on them.

  5. because they think they are better than those people. most people who do that have never had to do any hard work in there lives.

  6. It looks like they dont do much when n fact the whole volume of a resturaunt is based on the hospitality..well that how it is n my resturaunt

  7. I think you have a real misconception of the way people feel about the hospitality industry.  Could it be that you are the one with the problem?

  8. I didn't know people always do.  I'm always respectful with any hospitality service, from waiters to desk reception, because I've been there, as long as they're doing their job.

  9. i didnt know they did, i dont
