Why do people always stare at me ?

a few days ago, i went to a waterpark with a friend and we were standing in line waiting to go on one of the slides and this kid in front of me, turns around and starts staring at me point blank in the face. He was staring at me with this really long hard look, like when you hate someone. Doesn't anyone in here just hate that when people stare? This happens to me all the time, people always stare at me like that and i hate it, im not being paranoid at all but a lot of people always stare at me like that .At my brother's wedding 3 yrs ago, the bride's younger brother kept looking at me the exact same way, when we were taking pictures. Everywhere i go people stare at me that way ,at school ,on the metro. Does anyone know what should I do? and Does anyone else have the same problem?

Oh no!  You have a booger in your nose.  They're just trying to figure out how to tell you.  Seriously, check it out, I'm not kidding.

Do you think people are starring at you because you are pretty?  You could tell them, "What are you starring at?"  They should stop starring.

It happens to me all the time. People stare at me because I dress different and apparently that makes me weird. Maybe you dress different. maybe they have a reason to be jealous of you. I know the only reason i give anyone that kind of look is if they are a threat to me like if their flirting with my bf. It happened the other day this girl kept following my bf and trying to get his attention so i gave her a look like "if u keep staring at my bf u wont have eyes to stare at anyone again" she left us alone then. You have to question yourself to why people stare at u. If its someone of the opposite s*x maybe they think ur cute. if you dress different maybe that's why some ppl look at you. If you feel someone is staring because they hate u ask them why they hate u.

Are you staring back otherwise how do you know that they don't avert their gaze?

If you continue to stare back neither of you is going to back down.  

Most people when they notice someone looking at them intently look at that person and then avert their own gaze - it causes the other person to back down.  Watch how your friends or parents handle this.

This is a problem that goes away if you ignore it.  

Try this when someone is looking at you.   Look them straight on, smile and then look away and then don't look at them again unless they do something to catch your attention.  If you are glaring at someone who is glaring at you it is neverending and just aggravating for no reason.
