  1. His age but he always prove us wrong.

  2. To me he's one of the greats, and Im putting a hefty bet he ko's fellow Brit Calzaghe,Britain is in for a surprise, just my opinion,he's not going to take a fight in his backyard if he feels he's gonna be made an idiot!Hopkins ko rnd8,oh,and your spot on re Collins!

  3. I agree. They say he is too old yet he finds a way to win. He will do the same against Calzaghe.

  4. I never saw Bernard look bad in a fight, even the ones he lost were close competitive matches that could have went either way.  The Calzaghe fight is going to be interesting, it will be something if Bernard can turn back the clock and beat Joe.  I disagree with those who think Bernard will out point Joe, I think the age will catch up and he will have to KO Calzaghe to win it.  This fight reminds me of the Casamayor/Katsidis fight of the other night.  I don't think Hopkins will ever be underestimated again if he beats Calzaghe.   This one is a career defining fight for both of them.

  5. I think they underestimate Hopkins just because of his two losses to Jermain Taylor.Styles make fights. If Hopkins can handle Calzaghes speed and he is on his game then he will defeat him. This probably will not be a fight for the ages since I dont think Calzaghe will want to fight Hopkins.Hopkins will wait for Calzaghe to do something and try to counter punch him.My pick is Hopkins.

  6. Only the Clazaghe fans underestimate Hopkins. I think a lot of Joe's fans have this unrealistic superman like image of Joe and why shouldn't they. They have had the privilege of seeing him rip apart 40+ opponents and and probably never losing a round. However the people that know boxing know he hasn't proved himself with elite competition and that's exactly what Hopkins is. Joe desperately need to win this fight in spectacular fashion if not he'll fall in the same category as Hatton,Naz,Frank Bruno all of them being good British champions but not being about to compete with the worlds best.
