Why do people ask what they can and can't recycle on here?

Every area is different! All they have to do is either google their city/town name and the word recycle and the info should pop up, or they can phone their recycling company. I am so sick of the recycling questions! Each town/city recycles different things just phone them and ask!!!!!!!!

There's nothing wrong in asking.

We should appreciate that atleast they have curiosity in knowing it.

perhaps they are not as enlightened as you about the subject and do not even realize that it is a city by city differentiation.

Hey, at least they're interested in recyling... while it might not be the place to ask, it's not the worst thing in the world.
