Why do people assume you cant see them picking their nose and flicking the booger..

They probably don't care that people see...which is gross..I always chuckle when I see it.

This is mostly a phenomenon seen in men.  Personally, I think that once they're in their car they think it's like the Bat Mobile or something and they're invisible.  There's always a guy at the red light two knuckles up his nose.

Because people think that they are invisible in their cars- cars are little personal bubbles to the people who like to change clothes/do makeup/sing obnoxiously/pick their noses.

I'm not so sure it's that they think you can't see, but maybe they just don't care.  My husband is a nose picker, and it's absolutely disgusting.  He knows I see him do it and he just doesn't care!  We have a baby on the way and I wish he would quit so our child doesn't pick it up as a habit, but I can't complain too much because he did quit smoking.  Everyone has gross habits, unfortunately, it's something you just have to deal with.

i dont know its just strait nasty! i knew this girl who was 18 she would pick her nose and eat it in front of people. i confronted her once and she said she likes it and she did care what anyone else thought she wasn't gonna stop
