Why do people at public schools be mean 2 nerd and ugly kids but a private theyre nice 2 all ppl?

beause public school accepts anyone and people in public school act how they want...and private schools are normally schools for religion and stuff and the students follow the rules and morals that they expect of them...it's weird...i dont get it either, why cant everyone be nice

Because public schools have more of a (hmmmm, how can I put it diplomatically?) "neanderthal element". That is, the kids who bully nerds and ugly kids tend to have a neanderthal mentality.
