  1. I think people in healthy relationships want to meet the needs of the other person.

Polygamy is more about power and control. The men have power and control over the women and they think they will be happier having a choice of bed partners. The women's happiness is of no concern. They are ordered to please the male.

The men may think they are getting more through polygamy, but in the end, I don't think they do. The women don't function as normal human beings. They are not capable of loving these men.

  2. A lot of people are born into it, so they really can't help it.

  3. I believe that monogamy is an abnormal state of behavior.  It is a social expectation, and fortunately, law has been created that provides for fiscal responsibility by the established parents of the child. However, I believe that a wholesome home environment is necessary for successfully nurturing a child into a responsible adult social member.  Polygamy does not represent the norm, and does not provide the tools necessary for the individual to relate to contemporary society.

  4. My personal thought:

It takes many women to please a man, because well..."it takes a village"

It takes one man to please a woman, because we don't expect much from a person who can't put the seat down.

Also, less work for a woman. We can divide tasks amongst each other. That way not only one woman has to deal with the most likely horrible s*x that would come with a man who needs multiple women.

But of course thats just my thoughts! lol

  5. It's only natural; the more wives a man has, the more he can reproduce.  More reproduction=more people=more small mutations=more evolution=better
