Why do people call kobe a rapist?

why? he wasn't guilty and that girl looked like a gold digger. why would someone that rich rape someone kobe could have paid all the hookers in colorado if he wants to/ this just doesn't make sense. it's like someone being accused of murder but he wasn't guilty still people call him a murderer

Note that there is a difference between being found "not guilty" as a verdict and not being guilty.

I didn't follow the case, but my understanding from overhearing news was that he was found innocent because she refused to testify or bear witness, and so they were lacking enough evidence to convict him...

There are lots of things wrong with what you posted. You are trying to rationalize why a person in their rational mind would rape. That is impossible to do. Rape occurs for many reasons, none of which can rationalized in the manner you did.

I do not believe Kobe raped that girl either but many people do not like Kobe to begin with, so asking irrational sports fan and feminists of course they are going to take the negative viewpoint.

she looked like a gold digger?!?!....who the f.u.c.k are you to say she looked like a gold digger. Better question is why would a person who has everything want to have s*x with a housekeeper. and just because you weren't found guilty doesn't mean you didn't do it. there have been plenty of people who have gotten away with murder because of a lack of evidence....OJ SIMPSON! he was found not guilty and we all know he did it. And by the way lets not forget the case never went to trial because kobe paided her to drop the charges.

I dunno, where u there?? why would that person make stuff up knowing ppl might hold her back? Why are the people with money and the "stars" are looked up a brighter light? If u ask me the only stars are the 1)police2)figherfighters3)doctors nurses etc
