  1. misery loves company...

  2. i agree

    OBAMA BIDEN08

    FOR SURE????? TRUE STORY PEOPLE

  3. Because the politicians in and running for office cannot solve the big, important ones. So they appeal to the great unwashed masses' baser nature. They all seem to develop campaigns that make the tabloids look like Pulitzer Prize nominees.

  4. You sir are an idiot, small stuff? experience is small? Guess I'm running in four years, I know I can't count on your vote.

  5. Your question raises an alarming problem in that the majority of the voting public is very unqualified to be making important decisions like who should we entrust the future of our country to. This was proved in 2004 when the majority of Americans made the mistake of choosing Bush again. It'll never happen but I sure wish we could have a mandatory short 10 question multiple choice quiz that voters had to pass (70% or better) before being alowed to vote. The quiz would have questions about issues that are important in 2008 like the economy, energy, unemployment, etc... in addition to questions about government and the Constitution.

  6. Because Republicans are too stupid to look at the main issues...

  7. I agree.

Huge new spending programs to bankrupt America.

Huge new taxes to finish wrecking the economy.

Government controlled health care by this boneheaded government who handled social security and katrina so well.

Socialism/Marxism with more government control of our lives.

    Surrender to the terrorists.

I worry about the big issues.

    Vote McCain/Palin for America

  8. Because theres nothing big for them to pick at. Republicans are the ones with the  soft underbellies.

  9. Yeah why did Bobby Jindal have to change his religion right?

  10. Obama? You mean the socialist? How about following the constitution and choosing Bob Barr or Ron Paul my friend.

  11. I agree with you. All I see is this recent B.S.

The issues of national policy is the real needs of the voters. I'm about to say the h**l with the whole deal.

Anyone for a south seas island?

  12. they think it matters..which it doesn't...its easier to get simple minds around...here is a fact...the election is already decided in all the states except the ones that will count..Ohio..Pennsylvania...Michigan..

  13. The small issues affect everyone. You need to care about the small issues and how the Presidential Candidates plan to tackle them.

  14. Very sneaky.  You started out with a valid, logical stance, and then you destroyed it all by sticking in an ad for Obama.  Your message would have been more effective if you gave examples of what we SHOULD care about.

  15. Hence why john adams and alexander hamilton said america should be ruled by an educated aristocracy.

  16. This is one of the main reasons why we have no constitutional rights to elect the President and its done through the electoral college that we don't elect. The founding fathers knew that the masses of people were way to unintelligent and misinformed to directly be able to vote for the leader of America. Eventhough technology has improved by leaps and bounds from the time of drafting the constitution, the masses are just as dumb probably dumber than then.

Simple issues can be understood by the masses, but the complexities of functioning in a global society is beyond comprehension for 95% of Americans. The rich know to keep it simple.

  17. Ha.  I agree a hundred percent.  I have read the views of both candidates on their websites.

However, I have found that most people are totally clueless about the stance of the candidate on issues, and the plans that they have.

I think that if people cannot find a weakness in a candidates issues, they nitpick meaningless stuff, and make up outright lies in order to promote their candidates.

  18. Their candidate has nothing substantial to say, my friend.....I'm a hero.....blah, blah, blah

  19. Ok---let's do!

we win either way you go.

    McCain/Palin '08

  20. Yes, they won't listen though

  21. Okay. I'm waiting to hear your views now ............ *sound of crickets chirping*

  22. Because that is what the media tells them to care about.

  23. Okay then. You keep on babbling then.
