Why do people choose to have s*x before marriage, especially at really young ages?

im fourteen and a lot of kids my age do have s*x and to me i think that is verryy immature.

i think some of them just want to fit in with the rest of the crowd and some of them cant control their hormones and dont know whats right ..

the media, their friends are doing it, they want to fit in and seem cool. guys who don't have s*x before 16 are probably seen as lame. kids grow up too fast. its just the world today. and how f*cked up it is.

s*x is a natural instinct; marriage has nothing to do with it.  When we get aroused and we feel that we're ready, we have s*x.  It's not bad or evil; it's natural.  I don't know why such young kids feel obligated to do it, though.  That's a question I can't answer.

because of the media..unfortunately they have taken something beautiful (s*x) and made it out to be something that's given to just anyone.  s*x is supposed to be between a husband and a wife and a special bond between them.  I cannot imagine just giving myself to anyone.  I've only had 1 partner and that is my husband.  It's really sad the way the world is today.

I think many kids get less attention at home than they used to so they start looking elsewhere for affection. TV, advertising and socity say not only is it acceptable but highly encouraged. They are learning their values from other places besides from their parents. We as parents need to teach our children right from wrong and hold them responsible for their actions. We need to teach them to respect themselves and others. We need to be parents.
