Why do people confuse tainos with arawaks?

there has been more recent research that shows native american "tainos" where actually related to the collas people( of a aymara group). Why do they actually still call them arawak?

  2. Since I have no clue what either one is there is a rare chance I'll confuse them if thats any comfort.

  3. Taino’s may their Spirits know Creator for they no longer are people of the West Indies they are of the Spirit World.

    The Arawak’s are of a chain of islands in the West Indies. Their home is now in other lands not traditional to their beginning. They are who they are and they will be known as who they are forever more.

    The lands may be different but the Spirit and the name given will always be related to the Creator therefore the tie cannot be broken by man.
