I had read that Anastasia was slave in one Muslim's harem, so?

maybe they just want her to still be alive because then it would be the perfect story. i think that if anna anderson wasn't anastasia people would still WANT to believe it because it is what they wanted to happen.

Anastasia is dead;she died with all of her family members.It's all been confirmed officially now(Associated Press reporter Mike Eckel confirmed the news this 1st of May),but there are some people who believe in fairy tales an overly romantic(literary term) notions.

But it was such a touching story, wasn't it?  And she must have been a very good actress because she almost won a court case in France claiming access to all the Romanov assets that were in France.

I know scientifically she has been proven not to be the Princess Anastasia, but somehow I still wish they'd find a way to cast a shadow, not disprove just cast doubt,  on the results just so we who wish to believe in fantasy can remain doing so.

Reality can be such a bummer sometimes.
