  1. nope. it just shows how dumb they actually are. they are too lazy to either make up their own words or use words from another language so they just use curse words

  2. I find cursing to be lowly and more of blue-collar speech.

I think many teenagers to it to feel more like an adult, it becomes accustom, and then they continue to the speech into their adult years, and don't realize it.

Swearing is vulgar for a reason, so I don't use it often, if ever.

  3. Well, sometimes I think that might be the case, but I think it's really more of a habit for a lot of people.  Or if they want what they're saying to come across as shocking or exaggerated.  Or sometimes it could even be to be funny or fit in with a certain group of people.  Sometimes I think people with lower self confidence swear because it makes them feel on top of the conversation or just because they're nervous.

  4. i do swear in some social situations.. no, it doesn't really make me feel tough. some people, it might. who knows? i started using foul language when i was in second grade before i thought it was bad. obviously, i'm used to it by now. so now, i just throw in a cuss word while speaking, without even thinking. :s
