  1. Some people have no respect for people of other religions, nationalities, skin tones, etc. I was once made fun of in the 4th grade for having German blood. They thought I was a n**i! Ridiculous, right?

  2. because people get pissed and so they hate everyone that is similar to that person (or people) that pissed them off

    Example-

Let's say you've been picked on all your life (from pre-k to high school) and every time it was a Chinese person (don't mean anything by this), this affects what you think of them as. So then you are on your way to college and you dorm with a Chinese person, you will probably think it will be h**l. Discrimination is disliking others for an unreasonable reason. basically judging before knowing.

  3. Why do people do anything, because that's how God made the Universe perhaps?  Individuals do things for individual reasons, what's true for one might not be for another, there is no one answer for a question like that.

  4. Of course...

  5. i don't know but it makes me sooooo mad!! ugghh, no one deseerves that!

  6. They don't like people who are different.  They feel this need to hate someone in order to feel better about themselves.  They are childish.  I have been discriminated against and when looking for a job still get discriminated against.  I am an accounting professional with 25+ years experience and am very good at what I do, but when I apply for a job they tell me I am "over qualified."

  7. I haven't been, but it is very common

  8. It is what you have learned to do.  Either from people around you, "family" or from things that have happened to you. Being mugged by a black person will make you not like blacks. Etc.

  9. yeah everybody has boo hoo shut up

  10. My wife is from Japan, and when she came here in 1970, there was a lot of discrimination.

After witnessing that, my goal has been to wipe it out for every person of every race, creed or color.

I once thought that it was because I love my wife, but it made me realize that I love people, without reservation.

Ten years ago I had some kids working for me who came from Dar fur.

They were the nicest people in the world, and when I saw an update on 60 Minutes a while back, I cried.

Nobody should have to endure anything based on race or religion.

  11. because people talk about what they don't understand so they either discriminate or stereotype..
