Why do people doubt you online when you say you have a Deucenahalf?

There are many times I bring up my 6x6 ex-Military truck, that's about the same size a Peterbuilt. I have noticed that when I tell stories about what I do with my truck, I tend to get laughs that no one would really get a truck like that just to commute to a downtown office job, or scaring people with the extra loud horn that sends cell phones and coffee flying across the cars of the unsuspecting (and unconcerned about what they are doing while driving). My horn sounds like a high pitched train horn, but more forceful. Twice as loud as air horn on a Peterbuilt.

  1. More power to you.

  2. At first i thought you were talking about a buick electra 225 they were known as a deucenahalf.  but let me ask you obviously it is an older miltary truck but how did you tag the thing, commercial, personal or antique plates, and what about going through inspections for smog and i assume the windows are all in tack

  3. I've read your drivel before. Frankly, I didn't know Hot Wheels made a Duecenahalf. I guess you learn something new every day.

  4. Not every body knows about a military program called DRMO this stands for Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office this entity is responsible for selling items that have been deemed no longer usable by the military this is anything from furniture to equipment like trucks (not military weapons) I have seen many items such as 2 1/2 ton trucks for sale as low as 1000 dollars, even dragon wagons and heavy equipment.  So let them be skeptical it is ignorance that perpetuates disbelief.
