  1. 10under then 15over then 10under again, those people are weird, they should just be like me and stay 15+over.

Unfortunately I have a habit of being an a$$ when I drive.

  2. they do it because they are a holes and they are trying to p**s you off because of their bad day.  don't let them get to you and continue to pass them.

  3. Many don't truly pay attention to their driving,  but let the mind wander or be distracted by phones,  games,  problems of state,  etc.     When there is another vehicle next to them,  or just in front,   the subconcious part that is driving latches onto that vehicle and they pace it,

They don't mean to do this to you,   or most of them don't.    They just have their heads inserted into a dark  bodily cavity.

  4. Most of these (not all) are foreigners.  Some illegal.  They feel that by being road blocks they won't get pulled over.

  5. Great question!!! Hopefully some of those idiots are reading this question! I despise them so much! I'm in California, is this the same everywhere else? I hear in Europe and Canada is better.

  6. I hate it when people do that. A lot of times they are too busy yakking on a cell phone and they are not paying attention to how fast they are traveling.
