You know, everyone is going 45mph in a 45mph zone, a cop turns into the street, then everyone hits their brakes as if they were speeding, even though they weren't.

  1. 2 words: traffic citations

  2. I don't always know what is the speed limit of the road I'm on. Each township has their own speed limits.
