It depends from person to person why people err. Its a very difficult and sunjective discussion. May be some time people have some imbalance in there mind and that causes them to err and some time they have ample pressure on them or work pressure to perform and that also causes to err.

But one should not see the negative side of this as they should first find the cause of the same and then take action.
