  1. It makes people feel beautiful, which boosts their self confidence.

  2. Love of makeup. At least thats my excuse.

  3. because they feel ugly or want to cover up 'blemishes' or that they feel more secure/pretty with make up on.

everyone has natural beauty and make up is supposed to be used to just enhance that beauty. but nowadays some people are piling on the powders and creams so much that they don't look natural anymore. i think a lot of the make up and all that is influenced by the media and other people in general. they feel the need to look good.

a little goes a long way. i only wear eyeliner and sometimes eyeshadow around that.

    haha twilight FTW!

  4. SOCIETY AND YOUR OWN OPINION OF YOURSELF AND HOW YOU THINK PEOPLE VIEW YOU WHEN YOU GET OLDER MAKEUP CAN DO AMAZING THINGS!!!!!

  5. To enhance their beauty.

Everybody's different. Some people don't want to wear make up and Some people absolutely love it.

I MEAN SERIOUSLY ? [lmao] C'mon. Let them live their lives. You make it sound like it's a bad thing.

    d**n.

  6. I just put it on about 3-4 years ago and now i get pimples from it but i have to wear makeup to COVER UP those pimples....its a catch 22.

  7. Sometime people want to cover things they dont like about their face or want to enhance something they actually like about their face for example their eyes. It just all depends on the person, Plus society doesnt help people nowadays fell the need to have to wear makeup because society tells them to. This is just what I think.

  8. why do u wear the clothes that u like? cuz people want to look the best they can.

  9. -Self confidence

    -Hide unwanted flaws

    -Enhance your features

If it helps you feel good about yourself, what's the harm?

  10. To "Make up" for waht they dont have haha

    I wear make up

  11. Not all people think they look fine, and they want to look prettier than they do. Some people wear makeup to bring out certain features in the face, or to even out things. And of course studies say that duh, guys like at least a little makeup on girls. So there's the motivation for all women. :)

  12. In all honestly, makeup doesn't usually do much to change a person's appearance. Most people look perfectly fine without it. Make up is supposed accentuate good features and minimize bad features.

I think a lot of people notice the difference that makeup makes more on their self than other people do.

Also a lot of people just like to wear it for the fun of it.

  13. People want to look their best and sometimes make-up is a confidence booster.  I don't wear a lot of it, just enough.

  14. I only wear mascara because I love my eyes, and I want them to stand out. I'm not a girl who needs to hide behind bunch of make up to feel beautiful.

  15. Makeup can emphasize your features. I often use a little coverup and such just to make me look better naturally. But I dont understand why people make it obvious they are wearing makeup, like I cant stand bright red lipstick.

edit: also, not everyone is blessed with "good" features. Sure, everyones beautiful in their own way, but not necessarily the best way. If you know what I mean.

  16. to feel an extra boost of confidence

  17. cause actual they dont look fine lol.

they hide under it, because it covers up there looks.

and if there looks are bad, its an improvment.

  18. lol, ugly people like me need it so we wont scare people away. sorry i have no self confidence.

  19. I just wear mascara and this stuff called lip stain (just bitten by revlon) it gives yu a pretty feminine feeling. o

  20. It's only to make your imperfections look better & to highlight your good features. It's not the make up it's the users.
