Why do people forget to pick a Best Answer?

Come on people -- we're all workin' hard here!

Seriously, I hate when I write down an elaborate answer, double-check it for spell checks, and read it over again, only to find out that they aren't going to pick a best answer. Now, I have to waste 30 seconds of my life to vote myself as the best answer, and it adds up when you answer 10 questions a day. Some people are so unappreciative of such great answerers, lol.

but maybe they are new and they don't know about the

best answer thing. i didn't know about if when i first

made one either. but i didn't go on here much so i never

really clicked on my question so when i got an email

saying, "you could have picked a best answer" then i

got mad. haha. im rambling but i guess you just have

to ask one. i just didn't know so thats could be it!

I have never quite understood that either! Perhaps some people hit the "Do not send emails" button and forget about them. I hate the voting because then people can just vote for themselves, and it can take forever!

no one is working hard here, we are just being entertained.....and there is voting so it is no big deal.....just relax....
