  1. so you can distinguish them from others.

  2. The practice was started back in early 20th century, in order to better keep track when there were multiple systems going on.  You can go here to see further information on the history of naming tropical cyclones: http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/tcfaq/B1.ht...

  3. Every places have different people of different cultures and different languages.

they will suit the name which is equal to the pronounciationof their language.

if you take india it is known as cyclones. why?

The word "cyclones" is related to the indian word.

                           hope well understood

  4. This is an easy way of keeping track of tropical systems. Rather than having to tell people "hey there's a hurricane coming your way", you may state, "hurricane _____ is headed towards you." Naming hurricanes also allows for history to be recorded easier. Names can be retired in the event that a hurricane breaks a record, or does something quite historical.

    I hope this helps.
