Some people are just uneducated and don't realize that Israel is surrounded by enemies that would invade her in an instant if they thought they could get away with it. The results of the 1967 war makes them afraid to try it again.

I am going to say because they do not believe in God because i can't see how anyone who believe in God could be against anything like that or talk negative about it

The massive PLO propaganda machine has much of the world believing that the original mideast birthplace of terrorism and violence is a group of downtrodden oppressed people and not the violent aggressors they are. Add in the cow-towing to mideast oil interests and blatant anti-semitism, and there you have it. PLO, Hamas, and Hezbollah violence against Israel is accepted and Israeli responses are condemned.

A person with any intelligence would not hate a whole country, especially for what its government does. The reason why Israel upsets people when it defends itself is this, a car bomb goes off in Israel and kills 18 and then the Israelis go into Palestine and bull doze a couple of cities. Its that kind of craziness the Israelis get people hating them for. As for the media i don't think that they do put a negative spin on Israel EVVVVEEERRRRR. Please reply with a time that this has happened. In fact Israel has to ask the united states in they can defend themselves. (little known fact, something you definitely won't here listening to fox news, which is where im sure you get your "facts".)

Because Israel isn't JUST defending itself - that's the excuse they ride out for their actions.

The best defence for Israel is to make peace.  But you keep sticking your foot in it by opening up new settlements in Palestinian areas - it's provocative.

I am not for a second placing all the blame on Israel - both sides have been incredibly stupid about this situation time and again.

But when even your own army people become refusniks and refuse to carry out missions against Palestinians, you have a serious problem with the decisions you're making.

As they say, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

Quit being part of the problem.

Many people, even some jewish people, reject the sovereignty of Israel. It was a nation built upon displacing 700,000 Arab refugees and violence which was influenced by a 2,000+ year old book.

I don't hate Israel or my jewish heritage, but I can clearly see how creating Israel in 1947 by the United Nations against the wishes of the majority of the population in Palestine and forcing people off of occupied lands where their homes were would lead to conflict.

Because the liberals and Muslims want to side with the Islamic countries who want to annihilate Israel.
