  1. I am sorry but I have never heard these terms. Are these positive identities or negative labels for people?

  2. people are just ignorant..when ever there is diversity, there is hate as well.

    unfortunate, i know.

  3. they are retarded little g*y kids

if i ever saw one i would beat them up

  4. I'm guessing they are wannabe japanese? Eh, I don't really care for them, it's just wrong that they want to be something/someone they are not. It's okay that they like Japan, but don't pretend your from there if your not, be proud of who you really are.

  5. Who knows. I've been called one...just because I love Japan and Anime and Manga and can speak and write in Japanese. That does not mean I'm trying to be Japanese, I'm white...and I know it. I'm not ashamed to be white, I'm proud. I'm not trying to be something I'm not...

Yeah...I've been called 'Wapanese' like a million times by a few people...esspecially this one girl named Grace from my school. She kept calling my best friend and I (my bff is also into the same Japanese things as I) 'Wapanese' and saying "QUITE READING MANGA AND WATCHING ANIME AND SPEAKING JAPANESE!!! YOU'RE WHITE! YOU'RE AMERICAN!!" We just ignored her...But then one day our school had a book fair and there were TONS of manga in there (we totally attacked the manga, lol) so my friend and I bought ALL, yes a copy of all the manga there, and left. Well...the next day at lunch we see Grace reading a Tokyo Mew Mew manga...So we walk up to her and sit down and then we said "what happened to 'you're American, not Japanese'?" And all she could think of was "It's cool how they read backwards." Don't get me wrong, my bff and I are HARDCORE anime manga fans, seriously, but we decided to say to Grace what she said to us and see what she does- we both think Americans can enjoy manga and anime and other Japanese things...but again we wanted to see her reaction.

Look at it this way- If a person REALLY loves puppies and is obsessed with what puppies do, does that mean they are trying to be a puppy and are ashamed to be human? No. So the idiots who call people weeaboos and wapanese need to stop. =(

  6. what's weeabo?

  7. I'm against those who don't like themselves or don't feel secure enough to express their inner self. Sure, I'd like them to just admire, but not be into the culture and such. Its annoying as being an otaku in  Japan.

  8. idk bad style

  9. What does Wapanese means?

If it means wannabe-Japanese... yeah, I dislike them... not hate, dislike. I like Japanese, mainly coz of their culture and politeness, but WANNABE Japanese... urghh... no offense, but it's just so sick!

I mean, they got their own background and culture but still wanna be somebody else! They should be proud of who they are and their country!

There's many wannabe-Japanese at my country... and what makes me wanna puke about them is... they actually make up their own Japanese name, like, Yuki Sanosuke, Miyuki Makihara etc... Bleah! *barf* I really hate it!!! Why can't you be proud of your own name and country!!!

I think they become so influenced with Japanese dramas, Anime or bands~ I mean, I like LM.C (a Japanese Visual Kei band) and Anime, but I'm not a Japanese wannabe. I'm proud of my background and country and never try to be somebody else! Hmph~

I repeat, NO OFFENSE. I'm sorry if I hurt anybody's feelings but that's the truth from me.

    Peace~

  11. Well it must be slightly upsetting.. I mean.. Wanting to be another race.

Did you know that in Asia, people buy skin whiteners so they can look more caucasian? Dont you think they should be proud of their own country?

It's a little bit like that. I don't hate "Wapanese" people though. Just don't be too 'in your face'
