Why do people hate illegal immigrants?

how can anyone have the nerve to say illegal immigrants? your judging someone and calling them a criminal for just stepping on a piece of land. Its just a stupid piece of land. American are just contradicting themselves, their ancestors stepped foot on this land that belonged to the native-americans. They are the true americans.

These immigrants just come here for a better life. In the US we are given the most easiest life, and we take it for granted. I guess that is why it is so easy for these ignorant racist people can criticize another race for risking it all to do what they have to do to struggle.

One of the most dumbest thing I have read it when another person is against illegal immigrants for doing crimes. You know what: every race has its bad apples. It is wrong to condemn an entire group of people just for a one individuals actions. If everyone lived by this Americans would be hated by everyone. In fact we are in many parts of the country. So please just stopped be ignorant and judgmental. Im not an immigrant but my parents were. They came legal, but i still know the struggle and the circumstances many people have to endure and make life changing decisions.

As the saying goes "Every man for himself". They have to think about themselves and their family before anyone.

You are ignoring the very basis of Western society, which is land ownership. Individual ownership as well as collective (ie COUNTRIES) ownership.

People don't like illegals because a path is provided for immigrants whereby they can legally enter the U.S.  Illegals drain tax dollars (taxes, by the way, that most illegals don't pay) at hospitals (over $9 BILLION a year spent on ER services for ILLEGALS that don't pay their bill) and schools. And as you mentioned, many commit crimes (actually, they all do... they're here illegally).

So yes, we can sit around singing kumbaya and point to Europeans stepping in on Indian land (is that REALLY an example we want to try and follow?) but the fact of the matter is that

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS NOT A RACISM ISSUE. IT IS A LAW ISSUE. The English passed the idea of rule of law on to this country and its other colonies. Spain did not, which is why (a) illegal immigration is so common, no respect for law, and (b) why Mexico and all the rest of Latin America is so ****** up.

It's true that God never drew lines in the sand.  

But Evolution has ordained that the fittest survive by driving the weak off their land.  Evolution has ordained that anybody who doesn't believe that's right is liable to get pushed off his own land.  There are only so many caves, waterholes, and hunting grounds to go around.  Likewise with gold and oil.  

So it's OK for the strong to invade other lands to gather more resources.  But foreigners better be strong if they step foot on our land,  in hope of survival. . Lines have now been drawn in the sand.

'Might makes right' is the law of nature.  Get over it.

First of all, there were no Native Americans. Mongols immigrated to this country across the Behring Strait. The American Indians who were still here when the evil white man set foot on this wonderful land were mostly nomads who migrated with the game and the weather. Two cultures met, Europeans and Migrated Mongols, and only one survived. The way it has happened forever, only no one seemed to care when it was basically caucasians killing off other caucasians. It only is considered evil if the people who lose the confrontation are what we call people of color.

America is the only nation on the face of the earth where people are literally dying to get here. They build boats, climb walls, hike through deserts, cross oceans, and endure all types of deprivations and hardships to get here. One of the main reasons that they come here is because we are a land and a people of laws. Most of the places immigrants flee are not. They come here for a chance to succeed and for the protection of our laws, BUT break those very same laws to get here. You can't have it both ways. My ancestors went through legal channels to get here, and I will not allow anyone to make a mockery of their sacrifice by sneaking into MY country under the radar. They are ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS when they do that. If as you say, this is just a "stupid piece of land," and you are being penalized for "stepping on [it]," then get your f**cking feet off of it and go back where you came from.

Like the lady in the harbor says, "Welcome," but obey the law or get out.

We hate the idea of people breaking the law!!! They steal our jobs, steal our identities, use benefits they don't deserve, they make a mockery of the legal immigration system!!

because they cost this country over $280,000,000 worth of welfare and food stamps each year. not to mention medical care and dental care. most who come here are poor and as a result resort to stealing, theft, gangs, and murder to obtain more money or respect. and what do u mean useless war? sadam committed genocide using chemical bombs killing 100,000 kurds and was importing yellowcake to make nuclear bombs. we asked him to stop and warned him we would get involved militarily but he didnt budge. the whole UN was right behind us and then they turn their backs on us along with the populace. my ancestors had to pay to come here, why should illegal immigrants get a free ride? they also take 1/3 newly created jobs in the US. to me u seem like someone who wont deal with the facts and live in a fantasy world.
