  1. A person who favours someone. He becomes the favourites of the person.

  2. Although it is wrong and unfair, I guess no one can help it. It's natural for human beings to be fond of something/someone in particular because it/he/she possesses a trait or characteristic that the persons really values.

  3. It is impossible to not have favorites.  Everyone is attracted to different qualities, they have different personalities (that get along with different other personalities), and they appreciate different traits.  To pretend as though we did not feel more inclined toward one person than another would just be a lie.  The trick is that favoritism needs to remain unseen.  You can have a favorite child, just can never let that get in the way of your love for all your children or allow the kids to get a sense of who the favorite is.  Same with the boss, all employees need to be treated similarly, but you can still admit to having a favorite.  It is human nature.

  4. it is part of life because every human is a political animal that  tends to identify with a group or cause. you tend to favour your cause at the expense of other factors or variables. There is no equility anywhere , not even in God's house or among men. we can start talking of equility when obama becomes president of america

  5. I do not think Favouritism is wrong, it becomes wrong when one thinks that his  favourites is always right or will never do anything wrong or displeasing.

Favouritism is a natural thought which all living being has i think, it's a wish he/she would like to have or belive, from a group of things or person.
