I saw the crowd doing this (raising hands, wiggling fingers) in a tennis match and wondered why they do it and what's the meaning behind it.

  1. because they are watch makers, and they are making the movement of the hands on the watch, obviously this could be utter nonsense i'll let you decide

  2. ha! like spirit fingers! i like it!

  3. because their cows are ringing the bells

  4. Do they? Never noticed.

Then again I dont watch tennis. They dont like noise, the Swiss. Late night parties are very likely to get a visit from the police (Nice bunch but dont ever argue with them....bad move. Its suprising how fast they can 'escort' you out of the country)

The Swiss are a great bunch, bit odd but a great bunch

  5. 99% of Switzerland has MS.  Thats why.

    Sad but true.

  6. Hey!!!

I am swiss and i think i know what you mean.

We do a mexican wave type thing at sporting events sometimes i think you might have seen the end of it!!!

BTW I think what other people have written about the swiss is really mean and uncalled for!
