Why do people in anime get nose bleeds when they see a hot girl?

I think they get well nosebleeds cause they see that the girl is hot or pretty and something. Like when u think a girl is ugly then she comes out pretty so it suprises u and u get a nosebleed.

because the hotness astounds the guys. Theoredically, when the body overheats the nose oozes blood because the inside nasal veins burst.

I read that it's just a trait based upon an old wives tale, I think it's a Japanese myth, but it was believed that males would get nosebleeds when confronted by the object of their affections. It is also sometimes shown with girls getting nosebleeds when they see a boy they like, for example in "Special A" when Sakura first sees Jun :)

apparently, when guys see a girl, they think of....perverted things...which make the guy's heart beat really fast, which makes their blood pump harder, and this ends up in a nosebleed....

whether this really happens in real life or not...i don't know...

Because the Girl is too hot. That there temperature rises up. Then that would also increase their blood pressure. So it goes up to the head, and comes right out of the nose. Notice that their faces goes red, that's the blood. Meaning they can't handle the pressure that their blood pressure increases. HaHaHa
