Why do people in the UK, become stupid and aggressive when they get drunk

This question is more aimed at the clubbers usually up north somewhere.

I like a good night out, but why do so many girls in the UK become loud and S****y when they have a drink, always feeling the need to lift there skirts up or show there b***s, and on the other hand boys like to get in each others faces and become aggressive to ANYONE who looks at them the wrong way--no where in the world do people become such idiots after a drink than in the UK, can't people just enjoy themselves without starting fights with each other.

It's called binge drinking my friend......absolute idiots and an embarrassment to us all. I live in South Wales and believe me it's the same down here.
