Why do people keep assuming that?

Angles will be the red sox in playoffs? it hasnt happen yet and very unlikey it will. Plus we still have a spot in al.east.

Angles are not good in playoffs we know that. But were all assuming to much here.

Honestly I haveent heard much about the Angels clinching a series win over the Red Sox.  I dont think anyone can ever assume anything in the MLB playoffs.  Who even knows the Angels and the Red Sox will meet?

And in a 5 game series anything can happen.  Who thought the Rockies were going to go to the World Series last year and they just did make it to the playoffs on the final night.

both teams are different than they were last year, or 5 years ago.  You cant say that the angels arent good in the playoffs, because the 2008 team has NEVER BEEN IN THE PLAYOFFS.  Its the same as saying the cubs CANT win the world series, just because they havent won in so long.  Personally i think the angels are a better playoff team this year, but seriously, anything can happen.  Playing one series can be crazy when its for a championship.

It is a toss up and depends if the angels can come through in the clutch. one of the only weak spots of the bo-sox is their bullpen while the angels have one of the best but have little play off experience and so do the players while all of the bo-sox players have years of experience and their no better clutch hitter then david ortiz. So i am going for the red sox but only if their bullpen can keep it together

u never no whats gonna happen in the playoffs. The angels r a different team from past years and if they're hot going in they have as much of a chance to win as anyone else
