In the game of chess, when a repetitive move is made a number of times, then the game is usually ended as a draw. In real life, people just keep on making the same move, and never give up. Do they think that their opponent will give up because they lose patience with people who cannot accept a draw?

  3. We may think that the rule of the game is to play hard instead of playing smart........which could really have reversed it......for our best...

  4. i would say people need to learn the rules better if they want to play chess.

  5. their stubborn. Or maybe they don't learn form their mistakes.

  6. Life's a lot bigger than a chess board and the personalities of people are a lot more diverse than the pieces on a chess board.  But I get what you're saying, you can't keep taking the same course of action and expect a different result.

  7. I guess familiarity breeds contempt and all that... sometimes people cant see past their mistakes and continue making them continuously....
