That pisses me off. Why do you sign in for a mock draft then leave in the first round?

  1. I think those people are just looking at how the "big-timers" are falling in the draft.  They stop caring when the kickers and tight ends start making their appearances.

If you could, can you post where this free (assumed) mock draft website is/are?  Thanks.

  2. Maybe cause they have lives...

  3. A lot of times computer will crash or close the browser after a flash application is opened, happens even more on older computers. So you can be drafting fine one moment and then off the next.  I have a newer computer and its happened to me a few times.  Or it could be there internet connection quits or slows down on them.

  4. Two reasons (in most cases):

    1. Because their internet connection went kaput.  I've had it happen in drafts I've participated in -- someone disappears and we all have to wait until the system randomly picks something for them, and then they show up near the last round because they couldn't get back online.

    2. Fear/confusion/the belief that they're way in over their head.  Some folks like the idea of playing fantasy football (or any sports) and then realize it's a bit more involved than they were thinking.

  5. I feel the frustration. Im not going to lie, Ive left some mock drafts early, but I atleast put autopick on

  6. To much mayonnaise in the Western hemisphere would be my guess.  No attention span and no commitment.

If you want to enter a league of people that might care, check out yahoo free public league #155966, 1265 Lombardi Ave, I'm looking for teams.

  7. Maybe they are not leaving on purpose.  It is possible that they were disconnected from their internet connection during the draft.  It has happened to me a couple of times.  If that would be the case, I am sure that they are more pissed off than you.

  8. I'm not sure dude, it is probably because the 1st round is where all the excitement happens and all the good players are gone.
