This person has people calling he once a month and my mom is fed up with him, do we have to move from a different email, because I want to get a job and I am tired of this staying at home

The way your question is worded it makes you sound like  you are physically living in the internet. Its kind of funny.

Well whatever the location of where you live the principle advice is the same. If this man comes accross as a stocker, report him. If you move and he still finds your mom, get him arrested if you can. Stockers are more likely to do something stupid, as a criminal, than many other criminal profiles. This is no joke, this guy needs to either back off and move on or made to.
