Why do people like to make so much noise?

I feel it is rude and inconsiderate among other things. Is there a good reason or are they really just being rude, inconsiderate, etc.? Thanks!

There is one good reason for a lot of stupid things we do, its called, - I do, because I can - .

Be it getting attention, annoy other people, bully, try how far one can go, just having fun, hear ones own voice, etc.

In any society, people will abuse the freedoms they have, until a law will curve tail it. For example, most western countries already have laws about Cell phone use in public places.

We are shortsighted, selfish, abusive, greedy lot.

u let out all of ur emotions

anything bad has happened to u, u can just realease it by yelling, and they escape

or if u are really happy or hyper u can let it out and tell the whole world

Because they have self-esteem issues that're closely related to bullying: they always have to be top dog.

I've pondered over this myself, and I think I've come to a conclusion.

Basically, it's an alpha male syndrome.

Being the loudest and the most agressive makes you the most threatening and the most identifiable.

People like to have attention. They seem to feel alot more comfortable when they are having approval and are being noticed by other people. I guess they are just insecure. Other wise they just are naturally loud or something. That's what i think anyway.

I believe it does have something to do with wanting or needing attention. I was at a bank early this afternoon and one customer double parked his car to use the atm machine and left his car radio on so loud that the doors and windows shook. I politely asked him to turn his music down but considering he was inconsiderate to begin with he basically told me to mind my own business. Young people of this time and age are brought up to be very selfish and only think of their own pleasure and need of attention.
