Because Myspace is better for networking if you're a model, actor, singer, musician, it's better for that kind of social networking/public exposure. You can find many bands and celebrities on Myspace. On the other hand, Facebook is more private, it's more of something between you and your closest friends/family.

I think (even tho i don't have a myspace)  Is because you could like edit your page and put whatever you want on it and a background and stuff like that, and it truly might be easier if your like into that kind of stuff

Do you think they do?  

I guess it depends on what you feel more comfortable with.  My son absolutely loves myspace and tells me that facebook is for old people!  I personally love facebook, so I must be old!

But I did notice that he has over 300 friends on facebook - the cheeky little so and so.......

Depending on your age, people choosing myspace or facebook over the other varies.  College students almost always choose facebook over myspace.  Junior high school kids choose myspace over facebook.  It's based on where there friends are.
