  1. variations in DNA

    its a bit like cola

    why do colas taste different?

    different recipes

humans are just very very very complicated recipes

  2. because of our...............just 2 points

  3. Genes and the environment. Genes from your mother and father are mixed up, so you inherit charachteristics from both of them, but the mix is different every time. This is why siblings may look similar to parents and themselves but are not exactly the same. Since (unless you are siblings) nobody has the same parents, people look different.

However, the environment also plays a part in how you look. I'm using the example of identical twins here- If you say, work in an office, eat a lot of junk food and don't exercise and your twin lives in the phillipenes, exercises a lot and has a balanced diet, then you may look different.

  4. I don't know where you got that idea, if you strip people of their clothes and give them a head shave and an all over the body shave you would have to look twice at your own father and mother.

  5. that is not the questions... the questions is why some people thy look exotically the same and relationships between them may from different country as well but they look like each other?????

  6. It's because when you're born you have a mixture of Y and X (your dad and mum)genes so you're going to look a little like both but not exactly the same. It's, naturally, impossible to look like someone else even if you're a twin you've still got different features (small maybe)

  7. Because you inherit loads of random genes from each of your parents. Noone has the same parents ( unless your borther and sister , which is why you look similar) so noone inherits the same genes :]

  8. different dna

  9. If you think about it, how on earth would you 'recognise' anybody if we all looked the same?  Yes, the genetic base will always vary, as essentially every human being is 'cross-bred', and that results in different characteristics for everyone. Wow, wouldn't life be boring if we were all clones of each other!  And there would be no gradings of 'ugly' to 'beautiful' would there?  A bit like being an earthworm I suppose!

  10. if we all looked the same how would we find the person looking for.popa

  11. different DNA different genes
