  1. It was not just a game, they prepared this world cup for 3/4 years aiming at to be the winner, to lose in quarter final against France is far to be a good result for the AB.

They just encounter a big roadblock on their way, a very good French team, Allez les bleus!!

  2. *gasp!!!!!   ONLY a game????  No no and no.  I am a South African chick crazy about Rugby.  Dont you know that it is a RELIGION?  Only a game my a##!   LOL.

  3. Yes your right it is only a game and in a perfect world you'd be right but unfortunately when your on the losing team it hurts a h**l of a lot more.  Nothing will make up for that.  I guess it teaches you modesty and humility.

  4. Only a game?

What on earth are you talking about?

I can only think you go and watch the theatricals that take place on soccer fields.

  5. well it is a big deal...ask the players!!!!

everyone assumed that they would make the finals against a possible south africa team.

I am afraid the all blacks need to show more respect to the teams that they play along with australia. They both went out because of this reason.

  6. I am not from New Zealand, but Wales, where rugby is like a religion in both countries!

Losing is very heartbreaking, and my heart has been broken far to many times!

The AB's were the favourites to win the RWC and all the hype by everyone stating how awesome they are and no other team will come near to beating etc, well, the French caused a HUGE upset by sending them home!

So in New Zealand, it is a MASSIVE deal that they lost.......Us Welsh, well, we are used to it by now, but heartbroken all the same!

  7. Because silly person...the All Blacks are only allowed to lose to Australia...everyone knows THAT!!! And the french must have paid a fortune to be allowed to win that game.

  8. Well it's not a big deal if you just think, it;'s a game. But to those that enjoy watching it and support that team then it is a big deal. Plus NZ were overriding favourites to win the whole thing. Surely you can see that if the big favourites lose, then to those people that enjoy the sport it is a big deal.

  9. I think the Best answer is that everyone expects the best out of the AB's since they are considered the Best in World Rugby!

    Losing is unexpected of them.
