Why do people need to know how to drive ,i have 3 mode of transport?

Thinking you can use a police car and/or ambulance as a mode of transportation is a bit silly.  A bus or subway would have been a wiser choice and made more sense, to further your point.

taxi - costly+unreliable. Police car - yr goin 2 jail (again unreliable). Ambulance - yr goin 6 feet under.
