Why do people not watch thier kids in public places?

It drives me insane! I was at this pizza family place and their were these two kids running around and their parents weren't even watching them. I was playing put put and they picked up my ball. Then another time this little girl kept hitting me on the leg.

Irresponsibility, laziness, and likely their parents do anything either

It's because they are being lazy.

I really hate that as well. The worst is when people come over your house and don't watch their kids..

The only reason i can think of as to why they don't watch their kids is because they're irresponsible.

They're irreponsible; it's like they don't even care about their child's well being. ANYTHING can happen when they're running around like that. It is not the establishment's job to ensure that your children are taken care of.

I mean, most of the time they're just annoying little brats...but someone could easily snatch them away when the parents aren't paying any attention.

Yell over to the parents, "hey are these yours?  Cause I just saw a man staring at them from a van parked across the street."

They're stressed, and annoyed, and tired, and irritated. And it's incredibly stressful, annoying, tiring, and irritating to deal with people like that.

I wonder that also.And I find the food stores and a department store is by far the worst place. They get those little shopping carts and run into you all the time. Sometimes I think some parents just don't care what the kids do as long as they get there shopping done.
