You point to your wrist when asking the time to get the person to look at his wrist to tell you the time.  There's no point in him looking at your crotch when you ask where's the restroom.  If you were asking him 'Which s*x am I?' that might be different.

No, a corpse is not considered a person.  There was a famous test case here in California about that.  A dog is also not considered a person, nor is a 'pre-born' baby.  A born baby, no matter how young, does count as another person, though.

It is illigal to use the carpool lane when you are transporting a corpse, because the corpse at that time remains as Cargo, and is in the back of the vehicle.  It is not a human being any more, it is not a person anymore. It is a corpse.  A Cadaver, A hunk of meat that some soul occupied for a while, but now they are on to better or worse things or doing nothing all.

But only if the kanine or animal is a certified working animal and the owner is present.  meaning it is a service dog and is the owners protection and guide.  Kind of like seeing eye dogs.
