  1. It is an attempt to make it look like she's coming out of a cave. If you look around the world, all the Marian (pagan) shrines depict her coming out of a cave. This is because they are really worshipping a pagan goddess, and all ancient gods/goddesses are portrayed as coming out of caves. Most catholic churches do the same. It's paganism. Even look at "The Grotto" in Portland, OR. Another "cave"!

  2. Thats really creepy...

  3. I googled Grotto and it looks almost Buddhist.

  4. If Kira is such a Christian as she porports to be, she wouldn't attack another's faith.  Catholics honor Mary as the mother of Jesus.  Mary is a symbol of our faith.  If you see one, you know the family is Christian.

If you have ever visited the Grotto in Portland you know it is a place that prays constantly for the healing of cancer victims.  A special St. Peregrine Mass is offered on the first Saturday of each month for those suffering from cancer, AIDS, serious illness or incurable disease. It is NOT a cave by any means.  It is a prayer site where people can meditate on the life of Jesus.
