I'm not a hater,but lets face it LeBron had a great season, so I will show some FACTS, not an answer based on OPINION...Lebrons 07-08 season v.s Kobes past 12 seasons

LeBron this year: Compared to Kobe's past 12 seasons

BREAKDOWN

-30 ppg (Kobe has reached 30+ ppg only 3 times in his 12 year career)

-FG .484% (Kobe's Career best .469%)

-1.8 Steals (Kobe's Career best 2.2, has avg'd 1.8+ only 3 times)

-1.1 Blocks (Kobes Career best, 0.9)

-7.2 Assist (Kobe's Career best 6 apg)

-7.9 Rebounds (Kobes Career best 6.9)

-As you can see LeBron had better avg in ONE season in FG%,APG,RPG, and Blocks...Than Kobe in TWELVE seasons

O.K now lets have a breakdown of the post season

I'll start with the past 3 years, since neither were in the postseason 4 years ago

LeBron: Knocked out in 2nd round    

Kobe : Knocked out in first round

06-07

LeBron: Lost in Finals  

Kobe: Again Knocked out in first round

LeBron knocked out in 2nd round (got to game 7 against Celtics)

Kobe: Lost in Finals (With a better roster than Lebron, Including Pau Gasol, and Lamar Odom, they only went 6 games with the Celtics, allowing celtics to break multiple records, Including a 39 point win in the closing finals)
