Why do people say Obama is black, when in fact?

he is half white also? I mean his mother is white. So in fact he will not be the first black president he will be the first non-white.

Black genes are dominate genes. Fact is they're more physically prominent in his genetic makeup.

Many or most blacks in American aren't 100% black, in fact you're probably not 100% white.

You tell him he's not black, and he'll probably tell you that being called an N word, or being subject to racism and a tough childhood and overcoming it is still a big f'ign deal.

I doubt anyone in America is of pure race ...not even you my friend...besides you are what your father is, since the seed comes from the male....

Let me just add this, its not really important what race he's categorized in, that's beside the point , the point is he has within him what its gonna take to change this terrible situation and bring America back from the brink of self destruction and help make the lives of all Americans more pleasant......

I have seen this same question (statement) posted at least 200 times here.

Next time do some research.

Or better yet, stop posting this over and over again.

This is old and tired and few gives a rats behind.  Except to those that think this really matters, which is few, according to all polls, cept here on Partisan YA politics.

Because he is not white.  Some people find it hard to make the distinction.  A bit like people find it hard to understand he is not a muslim, nor a racist christan.

Will not matter, as the white guy always wins anyway.
