minorities and women both want to be treated equally, but when you do they call you racist. you see in actuality they don't want to be treated as your equal, they wanted to be treated as your superior. Affirmative Action = Straight up B*lls**t.  it is just reverse discrimination so whites don't get jobs. i love how everyones gonna call me racist and sexist for saying this, but it is true and you all need to learn to accept it. i am not white BTW..

People think that yes minorities should be given the same standards but that you have to be sensitive the things that you say around them. Whites don't really know what it is to be discriminated against for trivial things and probably never will. Minorities do. They remember watching family members go through things because they were a certain race. You need to understand what you consider non-racist can be racist to people who know it best.
