Why do people say..."Raw sucks"...?????

I don't get it. Not too long ago it was the greatest thing in the world. No1 paid any attention to the other brands (even though i thought they were doing a pretty good job). All of a sudden all i hear is raw sucks...

Why do you say Raw sucks now??? What are the reasons??

None of the brands suck. There is always a stagnance before the annual WWE Draft. Ever since the draft, the only thing I've been really displeased with is the Kane "Burlap Sack" angle.

Madision i know that your one of my contacts,but HAVE YOU BEEN WATCHING RAW LATELY? The storylines have been absolutely horrible,theres hardly any build up to the matches going into the 3 week time spand for the upcoming PPV(and this so far is ONLY happening with RAW),quite a few people are constantly being shoved down our throaths,there's WAAAAAAYYYYY to many promos & not enough wrestling,etc,etc or do i need to go on?

Bandwagons. People bandwagon on TNA, and also of course, bandwagon on the Cena, Batista, and CM Punk hate.

People on here hate anything, that have those top faces on it.

Im guessing because all the good wrestlers went 2 Smackdown now so i think Smackdown is better when i ustu think raw was better but i like SD better then Raw now

it because the draft jeff HHH move to SD batista move to raw everyone hate batista and cena and raw is not the same without jeff HHH and jim ross

Cause JR, Jeff Hardy and HHH are gone. They're the fan favorites and they all went to SD. And almost everyone doesn't like the Cena/Batista battle and they don't like the champ.

And look at the match and the feud between Taker and Edge....it determined who was the better brand.

And HHH and Taker might happen so the people are now tuning on SD.

Smackdown rose up since the draft. RAW's only hope is to Randy Orton and HBK to come back.

i agree with the guy who said "watch mma"...seriously watching ufc, wec, or any of the other kinds has started to grow on me...

but to your question, RAW sucks right now because it has had some very sloppy booking as of late....the jericho/hbk storyline is awesome, the best feud this year, but after that raw is just a mess (add to that the fact that hbk is barely on RAW anymore, only on PPV)

for example, the champ, ie the guy who is supposed to be the top man on the show, is booked as if he is a very good upper-midcarder instead of a main eventer (now that could be the case with cm punk, but he needs to be developed and allowed for his character to grow and gain more respect)

the main event picture consists of two men, cena and batista, who are very stale to everyone but 4th graders and horny mothers...the adult male audience that makes up the show's viewers have had to deal with these two for years, and even when they dont have the belts they end up with the spotlight....

another thing is the lack of any credible top heels on the show...you got jericho, who is in the middle of the hbk feud, and JBL, who hit his "prime" years ago and is very mediocre at best in the ring (again another stale character)...there's Kane (stale again, the word of the day)

And, I forgot, there's Rey Mysterio (guess what he is too? stale?! ding ding ding)...I know he's not a heel, but he is supposed to be one of the fresh faces for RAW...

Another thing that pisses me off about RAW is the worthlessness of the belts on the show....Ive already mentioned the WHC, but take the Intercontinental belt, which is held by Santino, a man who is a pure comedy act, may be the worst worker in the business, and has literally jobbed to women in the last few weeks (sorry Mickie and Beth Phoenix), and the Tag Belts, which have been worth **** for years now, but Super Cena beat the Tag Champs BY HIMSELF last week, and the two havent had a legit team to feud with since they won the belts about 3 months ago...yes 3 months and no real tag team challenger (Batista and Cena do not count...they arent a team....maybe Cryme Tyme but that hasnt happened yet)

so yeah basically the problem is a lack of freshness with everyone in the main event picture except for CM Punk, who is still booked to look weak against guys adult males are simply tired of seeing in the main event...

but SmackDown! after the draft became fresh again, with Hardy, Benjamin, Kennedy and Umaga (even though they are hurt now)

but you have new guys in the spotlight including those 4, MVP, and Kendrick

then of course the ring generals HHH and Undertaker are there as the credible veterans who anchor the ship....add on top of that the best heel in the company Edge and you have yourself a winning show, which is what is happening today

It's been happening since the draft. A lot of talent moved over to SD and the Raw program has been a little stale, people expect it to be filet mignon and right now they are getting rump roast.
