Why do people say that teenagers will work the jobs illegals do?

Do you believe Chad's son will be out in the middle of the field in these HOT summer days harvesting vegtables? This poll doesn't say they look for these type of hard labor jobs. Are people yanking our chain by saying that? What do you think?

I don't think retail/sales is a job an illegal does?

I don't know Chad or his son, but I have no problem getting legal employees to work my farm.

I don't. But that's not the issue. The issue is that we have people coming into this country illegally in order to fill job openings that in many cases would otherwise go unfilled.

This means that our immigration policies need fixing; they've needed fixing for decades.

It should be obvious to everybody that if the US had 4% unemployment AND up to 12 million illegals working, then the only way all the jobs were going to be filled was by people coming in illegally.

That means Congress and the President have failed in their jobs of regulating immigration and setting appropriate immigration quotas and migrant worker quotas to meet all our manpower needs.

But we need to end illegal immigration and start meeting our job filling needs with legal immigrants and legal workers.

Because when I was a youth I worked at Little Caesars for about 6 months. It was a crappy job and it motivated me to get something better, in reflection to my education.

Now we have 55 year old people from el salvador (who still make sub par burgers) taking these jobs.

Now it seems the fast food service industry is "the labor force of the latino."

Did I say latino? I meant illegal, I think.

The company I work for recently acquired a subsidiary company, and when we visited it, the entire 2nd shift production floor was all hispanics. They even have separate meetings in spanish for these people.

They dont just steal from teenagers but Americans of all ages.

That is only something they want to say against those people who come here to make a few dollars

But it is not true. In the 1930s people heard radio instead of TV ( TV did not exist then )

In the 1910 nobody used cell phones

In alot of areas, the teens know these jobs are given to illegals, so they do not apply. What about the fast food sector? How many illegals are employed in that field in which teenagers would do, to include the fact that these illegals are spreading diseases and touching food is repulsive. Unfortunately, how many wal-marts hire illegals? They are taking the jobs that many teenager and family men and women would do!!!

Tuberculosis, sickle cell anemia, hepatitis B, a deadly parasitic disease - Chagas, polio, avarian flu, plague, malaria, dengue,  leprosy for just a start!!!
