  1. they are a disgrace to the NBA

  2. The Wolves, Heat, Hornets and Magic came into the league in 88 and 89 followed by the Raptors and the Grizzlies in 95-96 and that same year the high schoolers starting making the jump.  Plus you didn't have the huge influx of international players. So yes the league became very watered down in the 90's.

Still I don't think you take anything away from the Bulls. I would've loved to have seen them face off (with MJ of course) with the Rockets teams of the mid 90's.

  3. people are ignorant

  4. Because they just recently started following the NBA.

Compared to like the 70s where there were only 16 total teams yes it was water-downed.  Teams back then have most of the roster in the hall of fame.  The late 80s and 90s due to the popularity of the league resulted in several expansion franchises.  This is where the waterdown c**p comes from.  However, these teams unless they got extremely lucky in the draft were never a factor.  (and most still aren't to this day, Charlotte, Orlando, MIami, Minnesota etc)

The teams that were good were still good and didn't lose anyone to actually degrade the talent as the uneducated would have you believe.  Noone had to leave their team stacked team to even the competitive of the league.
