  1. People see them differently because their eyesight. Everyone has different eyesight characteristics. Also, the location of the water being refracted and the sun angle matter.


  2. The relative position of the sun,the rain drops and the observer are important for the formation of rainbow.For another person who is away from the above obsever,there may be another set of this relative positions which may produce the rainbow and hence this may look slightly different(bigger or smaller).
