Why do people send rude answers?

If they have nothing constructive or relevant to add then why do they send stupid and ridiculous answers?

Those "people" rude answers tell us a lot about them. For example, when people answer cursing with angry statements you can tell that person has hatred bottled up inside of them.

Because sometimes questions are ridiculous or stupid and sometimes the questions are more like controversial statements than an actual request for information.  Some questions bate the answerer and of course some like myself are just having fun.  Some are just a** Hol**.

Two possible reasons:

A) They are inconsiderate and immature

B) The question was totally pointless

Varies, but overall it's because either they just want points, or because it makes them feel big.

I recently asked for a little medical detail just to add realism to a story and was told to "stick to Noddy".  Why, I asked myself...and the conclusion was that the answerer felt superior by doing so.

It's just an extension of their personalities. They are generally that way off line or have found some "strength" in anonymity. Others may have been offended by the question and want to offend back, others are just trying for a laugh from other answerers.
