Why do people shiver when they are not cold?

I shiver sometimes 10 times a day and I live in arizona so don't tell me it's because I'm cold. I'm not.

  2. Are you confusing shivering with trembling?  Shivering is the body's way of dealing with the cold..and warming itself..

  3. some times it's a pinched nerve in your neck... sometimes its just your brain misfiring  

  4. This all depends when you are shivering, This is not a normal thing. What brings these shivers on. Please email me with answer and I maybe be able to help. But this could be a problem you need to speak to your docter about.
